What do the numbers mean?

Example:  2514/3 = 2.5" diameter, 1.4 pitch ratio /3 blades

Chopper = Round tips.   Cleaver = Pointed tips

Rake is the amount of angle from the hub to trailing edge. More rake will raise the bow and lower rake lifts the transom.

Unmarked props have 10 degrees rake and all choppers

We do not carry a large number of ABC props. but can add them to our order when we have an order going in to ABC, delivery from The USA is normally 10 days.

18" x 3/16" (.187") high quality flexi shaft. These shafts use a high quality cable and are very strong .

A strong fibreglass moulded radio box. This one is designed for use in deep vee's and slopes from 65mm at the back to 50mm deep at the front. Allowing for the use of a 1/4 scale servo and two standard size servos to be stood upright. The box measures 4.65 x 5.5" and comes with a plexi glass lid which sits in a lip around the top internal edge. The box is also available in a shallower design where heigth is limited and allows the servos to be laid on their side.
Another lid is available for use with "D" rubber section to seal the lid down, add an extra £3.50 for this version"

This hull is 60"  long x 15" beam. . 

The NEW MK3 revamped hull is now available with a clean butt joint of the deck to hull. The overall hieght has also been reduced on the sides making it look even more appealing.

The deck moulding has the redesigned and modified deck and hatch layout making the fitting of the hatch much easier than the original MK1 desighed in the early 80's, with a continuous lip around the deck opening for the hatch cover to sit in.
The hull is suitable for high power 15cc glow engines such as the CMB91 up to a twin Zenoah .
Our Shead 38 is designed on the Class 1 Don Shead CUV hulls of the 1970's & 80'S. Best known is that of "CINZANO" still racing today, & "ROTHMANS" both winners of the Cowes-Torquay powerboat races.

Mocom CNC prop 50mm diam. x 69mm pitch. This would be the nearest prop to the 1919. It would need to be trimmed down by a mm or two.

Glass filled nylon X35 prop 5mm thread only.

Using a "X" blade pattern, these glass-filled nylon props have a much higher strength and rigidity than their nylon counterparts making them ideal for use with high power marine engines. Each prop features a moulded-in brass insert

The X5 series props have a reduced blade area very similar in profile to the prather props. Their pitch to diameter is a 1.5 : 1 Ratio. At present there are only three props in this series as the number of props in the X4, Y5, & X6 series more than accomodate the requirements needed by set ups.
Blade profile is the same as the Prather props.

The Zenoah G260 Marine is a powerfull and reliable petrol engine straight out of the box and ready to go. Fitted with a twin needle Walbro 644 carburettor its performance is quite outstanding for a petrol engine.
